What is Piknik?

Piknik is an online platform where everything is in one place to easily organize memorable children’s parties. We offer end to end kids’ events solutions using technology.

How does it work?

Download the Piknik app and browse our party packages options. If you prefere, create a new project by answering a few quick question to guide us. Based on your answers, Piknik will show the best options for you. From invites to loot bags, everything is taken care of in one place. Select a venue, choose a cake; It can all be done with Piknik. From the decor at your choice to the selected entertainer to your kid’s party, everything is easily booked with one payment. Leave the details to us and have fun making memories.

Can I just choose a cake or entertainer?

No problem. You can check out the cakes feed or entertainers feed and order that way. We also offer various types of packages. Some are small and intimate and some would accommodate a larger crowd. That’s part of the beauty of Piknik.

What kinds of parties will I find on Piknik?

At Piknik we focus on birthdays for children ages 1-12. We offer a variety of themes and activities that are as unique as your kids are. From classic birthday parties to current trends we aim for ideas that inspire every kid. You’ll see new packages and themes refreshed often.

I’m celebrating at home, can I still use Piknik?

Absolutely. Piknik works for home parties and for venues outside of your house. Actually Piknik works for wherever you want to celebrate!

I cannot or I don’t want to assemble decorations and set up the party by myself. Can Piknik help me?

You can choose to contract the service of an experienced Party Planner who will help you with everything, from coordinating suppliers deliveries to assembling the decorations on the day of the party.

Delivery & Logistics

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

You currently need to book your kid’s party at least 1 month before the day of your event.

How do my decorations arrive?

Your decorations arrive similar to other e-commerce orders. They get delivered to your specified delivery address at least a week before your party. Your decorations will not be assembled. For example, balloons are not inflated and tissue paper pom-poms will need to be fanned out.

I ordered invitations, when do they arrive?

If you selected invitations we will get them out to you right away. You will generally receive them within 2 days to 1 week of ordering.

How do my loot bags arrive?

Loot bags arrive similar to your decoration items. They also get delivered to your specified delivery address at least a week before your party. Loot bags will not arrive assembled.

How does my pizza arrive?

Your pizza or any other food requested is delivered to the party’s address at the time that you specify when creating your Piknik order. As with any food delivery, please allow for a few minutes before or after the time you noted.

How do I receive my cake?

Your cake will arrive to your requested address at the time you specify. In some cases there is an additional delivery charge for cake that is noted when you create your order.

My Account

Why does Piknik need my phone number?

Piknik uses mobile phone verification to authenticate registration and increase safety. This step links you to your device and helps keep your account secure.

How do I make changes to my account information?

When you are logged into Piknik you can change your information in your Profile Settings. This includes your preferred method of contact and delivery addresses.

Payment

Can I split my method of payment on Piknik?

At this time Piknik cannot split your cost across different payment methods.

How do I make my payment for my Piknik party?

Everything for your party is processed in 1 easy payment online. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do I need to tip my pizza deliverer?

Whether or not you tip your pizza deliverer is entirely up to you. If you were pleased with the service you are welcome to tip. At this time they can be tipped directly.

Do I need to tip my entertainer?

Whether or not you tip your entertainer is entirely up to you. If you were pleased with the service we encourage you to tip. At this time they can be tipped directly.

My Orders

I never received my party confirmation. What should I do?

If you do not receive an email confirmation with your order details within 24 hours of booking, you should get in touch with us at support@piknikevents.com.

I want to make changes to my order. What should I do?

No problem, You can make changes to your order online in your Parties tab within 5 days of the date that you booked your party. If it is more than 5 days after you placed your order you can get in touch with us at support@piknikevents.com (please have your order number on hand). We want to make sure your little ones have an amazing time so we are happy to help you out. Please understand that due to the nature of logistics and timing we might not be able to accommodate your request.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order online within 5 days of the date that you booked. We will issue you a full refund. If it is more than 5 days after you booked you should contact us at support@piknikevents.com
